Every member has a code to share from the app. When a friend they refer joins, both of them are rewarded, and a referral challenge gives your regulars a target to reach.
Memberships
Sell a monthly plan in the app and let it run. Members pay by card into your own Stripe account, renew automatically, and claim what their plan includes from their phone, then book it.
Reminders
Appointment reminders, birthday gifts, waitlist openings and a heads-up when a member's included treatment is waiting go out by push, text or email on their own. For the regular you haven't seen in a while, send a text or a push from their profile, and answer every reply from one inbox.
Your own app
Your front desk sleeps. The bookings don't. On the Branded and Connected plans, those bookings happen in your own app. On Basic and Scale, regulars use the Velarya app, which takes on your colors once they find your practice. Happy with your current scheduler? Switch booking off, and people buy treatments and collect rewards in the app while they book with you the way they do today.

While Velarya is primarily a patient loyalty platform, it also has charting built in: visit notes, chart templates, signed charts with review and amendments, intake and consent forms, before-and-after photos, medical alerts and lot-tracked products, with patient data encrypted, access limited by role and logged, and a signed Business Associate Agreement. So you can run Velarya as your primary EMR if you need to, or keep the EMR you have and run Velarya beside it, as the app your patients use to book, earn and redeem rewards, under your practice's name if you want.
Yes. Switch Velarya booking off and the app becomes a shop-and-rewards app: people buy treatments in it, earn points, check in with a QR code and book with you the way they do today. Or leave booking on, and they book, earn and redeem in one app.
To earn and spend rewards, yes, and it takes a minute. On every plan they can use the Velarya app from the App Store or Google Play: they find your practice once, and the app then shows your colors. On the Branded and Connected plans they download your own app instead.
Yes. On the Branded and Connected plans we build your own iOS and Android app and publish it under your practice's name, from your own Apple developer account, which you keep.
