For practices that want points to buy something physical, with none of the shipping on the front desk. Once built, members order practice-branded swag with their points, and Stadium, acting as your dropshipping vendor, contacts the member by email, takes the delivery details and ships the item. Orders are paid from your practice's own Stadium wallet.

How it works

Available on request. Book a call, we scope it against Stadium's published API, build and test it with your team, and it goes live in your account.

  1. Your practice sets up its branded items in a Stadium shop and funds its Stadium wallet.

  2. Stadium support issues API credentials, which your practice shares with Velarya for the connection.

  3. When a member orders an item with points, Velarya sends Stadium the item and the member's email, and the points leave their balance.

  4. Stadium emails the member, takes their delivery details and ships the item; Velarya shows the order's status.

Each connection is scoped on a call and quoted separately, and the timeline is agreed on that call.

About the Stadium connection

Does Velarya integrate with Stadium?

Available on request: our team builds the connection for your practice after a scoping call, using Stadium's published API. Once it is live, members can order practice-branded swag with their points, and Stadium ships it as your dropshipping vendor.

Which Stadium plan does the connection need?

Stadium lists API access in its Enterprise Pass, which it quotes per customer, and Stadium support issues the API credentials. We look at your Stadium account on the scoping call, and if it sits on an Engagement package, Stadium's webhook automations are the other route we scope.

Who pays for the merch?

Your practice, through its own Stadium wallet, which you fund in Stadium. Velarya takes the points off the member's balance, and Stadium charges your wallet for each order it ships, so keep it funded to cover what members order.

How does Stadium get the member's address?

From the member. Velarya sends Stadium only the member's email and the item; Stadium contacts the member and takes the delivery details itself, so no address passes through Velarya.

Can the swag carry our practice's logo?

Yes. Stadium runs custom swag shops with on-demand designs, so the items members order can carry your practice's branding. You set up the shop and its items in Stadium.

Patient data

An order sends Stadium the member's email address and the item, and nothing about visits or treatments. The member gives Stadium their delivery details directly. Because an email from a healthcare practice can identify a patient, the member confirms the order before anything is sent, and we confirm Stadium's terms for patient data on the scoping call.
