Once built, a member can spend points on a tee, tote or bottle carrying your practice's logo. Velarya places the order with Printful, which prints it and ships it to the member, and shipping updates come back into Velarya.

How it works

Available on request. Book a call, we scope it against Printful's published API, build and test it with your team, and it goes live in your account.

  1. Your practice creates a Printful store on the Manual order / API platform and adds the items it wants to offer, with your logo.

  2. Velarya connects to that store with access your practice grants in Printful and reads its items and variants.

  3. When a member redeems, Velarya creates the order in Printful and confirms it for fulfillment.

  4. Printful prints and ships the item and sends shipping, failure and cancellation events back to Velarya by webhook.

Each connection is scoped on a call and quoted separately, and the timeline is agreed on that call.

About the Printful connection

Does Velarya integrate with Printful?

Available on request: our team builds the connection for your practice after a scoping call, using Printful's published API. Once it is live, members can spend points on merch carrying your logo, printed and shipped by Printful.

Do we need to keep merch in stock?

No. Printful prints each item when a member redeems and ships it straight to them, so there is no inventory to buy up front. Printful charges your practice's Printful account for each order once it is confirmed.

What does Printful learn about our members?

The member's name and shipping address, which Printful needs to deliver the item. Members agree to share their address when they redeem, nothing about visits or treatments is sent, and the packing slip can show a neutral store name that you choose.

What happens if an order fails or is cancelled?

Printful reports failed and cancelled orders by webhook, and Velarya returns the points to the member so they can choose again.

Which products can we offer?

Items in your Printful store that its API supports, such as apparel, bags and drinkware carrying your logo. Printful's API leaves out jewelry, so those items stay off the reward list.

Patient data

To ship a reward, Printful receives the member's name, shipping address and the item. Because that ties a person to your practice, the member agrees to share their address when they redeem, nothing about visits or treatments is sent, and the packing slip can carry a neutral store name.
