About Velarya
We build the part your patients actually hold.
Velarya gives a clinic or salon its own iPhone and Android app, with loyalty built in. Patients and clients book, pay, hold a membership, earn points and refer friends, and the practice runs it from one dashboard. Velarya signs a Business Associate Agreement on every plan.
A practice's software is usually chosen by the person at the front desk and never seen by the patient. That made sense when software was only scheduling. It stopped making sense when the thing that decides whether someone comes back is whether they can book, check their rewards and use their membership at eleven at night without asking anyone.
So Velarya is built the other way round. The app your patients carry is the product: points, referrals, check-ins and memberships live inside it, next to booking, and everything they do shows up in your Velarya dashboard the moment it happens. Your EMR or practice software keeps the chart, and Velarya runs beside it.

The app is the product, not a feature
Most practice software treats the patient's phone as an afterthought: a booking link bolted onto an admin tool. We built the phone side first and made the dashboard serve it, because that is where a patient decides whether to come back.
You should not have to switch to try something
Asking a practice to move its whole operation to try a loyalty program is a bad trade, so we never ask. Velarya runs beside the software you already use. Keep your current scheduler, or let patients book in the app; both are real answers, and we will tell you which one fits.
Prices you can read before you call
Every plan is priced per location and published on our pricing page, with no setup fee on any of them. Pay monthly and cancel any time, or pay annually and get one month free.
