Velarya vs RepeatMD

Both put your treatments in a mobile app. Only one puts the app under your clinic's name, books the appointment, and works with the system you already run.

RepeatMD puts your practice inside MyRepeat, a shared app published by RepeatMD, Inc. Velarya gives you your own listing in the App Store, under your clinic's name.

Velarya also books appointments. RepeatMD does not, so you keep whatever calendar you already run.

You do not have to move off your current system to use us. Keep it, switch Velarya booking off, and run Velarya as your patient app.

Frequently asked questions

Is Velarya Essentials really free?

Yes, and it stays free. Essentials caps at ten service providers and your clinic sits inside the shared Velarya app rather than its own App Store listing. Everything else is included: booking, charting, memberships, rewards and marketing. Data import and one to one onboarding are free too.

Can I use Velarya without replacing my current software?

Yes, and plenty of clinics do. Run Velarya as your patient app with our booking switched off, and your current system keeps the calendar, so only one calendar is ever live. Velarya has no integrations today, so the two run alongside each other rather than syncing. A native Boulevard integration is in build for early 2027.

How much does RepeatMD cost?

RepeatMD does not publish a price. Their pricing FAQ says the monthly cost falls within the hundreds of dollars range, with a quote after a demo. Their subscription agreement also refers to an upfront Platform Buildout Cost, with no amount published. Velarya publishes both plans: Essentials free, Signature $499 a month.

Do I need my own Apple Developer account?

For Signature, yes, and we set it up with you. Apple requires an app published under your clinic's name to sit in your clinic's own Apple Developer Organization account. You own that account and we publish on your behalf as your authorized agent, so you are never locked out of your own app. Essentials does not need one.

Does RepeatMD require a contract?

Yes. Their Master Subscription Agreement sets a twelve month initial term that renews automatically for further twelve month periods. Cancelling requires ninety days written notice to contracts@repeatmd.com, and you pay through that notice period. Velarya is month to month on every plan, with nothing to sign.

Who owns the app if I leave Velarya?

On Signature, you do. The App Store listing sits in your clinic's own Apple Developer Organization account, registered to your clinic, and we publish as your authorized agent. If you leave, the listing, the reviews and the install base all stay with you.

Does Velarya work for more than one location?

Yes. Essentials adds locations at no extra cost. Signature is $499 a month plus $199 for each additional location, and every location shares one patient record, one set of memberships and one loyalty balance, so a patient can book at either site without starting over.

Will you move my data over from my current system?

Yes, free, for most clinics. We move your patients, appointments and history from your current system at no charge, and one to one onboarding is included. The exceptions are clinics with many locations or an unusually large amount of data, and we tell you which you are before you commit to anything.

RepeatMD details captured 12 August 2026 from repeatmd.com/pricing, their Master Subscription Agreement at repeatmd.com/legal/master-subscription-agreement, and the MyRepeat: Patient Rewards listing on the App Store. Velarya pricing is at velarya.com/pricing.
