Your practice may have its own app
A practice can publish its own app, under its own name, with its own icon on your home screen. If yours has, search the store for its name and download that instead. Your account, your memberships and your rewards work the same way in it.

This is the patient side of your program
Your team runs the program from the Velarya dashboard on the web, with nothing to install. This listing is the Velarya app: practices that use it get their own space inside, in their own colors. Your own app is the same product published separately: listed in the App Store and Google Play under your practice's name, opening straight into your practice, with push notifications from your app, and published under your own Apple developer account.
