Available on request. Book a call, we scope it against Acuity Scheduling's published API, build and test it with your team, and it goes live in your account.

  1. Your Acuity account owner shares the User ID and API key from Acuity's Integrations page.

  2. We register Acuity webhooks for scheduled, rescheduled, canceled and changed appointments.

  3. On the scoping call we pick the visit signal, such as the appointment time passing without a cancellation, or a QR check-in.

  4. We test with a few real bookings before clients see points.

Each connection is scoped on a call and quoted separately, and the timeline is agreed on that call.

Does Velarya integrate with Acuity Scheduling?

Available on request: our team builds the connection for your practice after a scoping call, using Acuity Scheduling's published API and webhooks. It needs an Acuity account on the Premium plan.

Why does our Acuity plan matter?

Acuity lists custom API access as a Premium plan feature, so practices on another Acuity plan move to Premium in Acuity before we connect. We check your Acuity plan with you on the scoping call.

How does Velarya know a client actually came in?

Acuity reports bookings, reschedules and cancellations. On the scoping call we choose the visit signal: the appointment time passing without a cancellation, or the client checking in with their Velarya QR code at the front desk.

Does anything change for clients who book through Acuity?

Their booking stays the same. Clients keep booking on your Acuity scheduling page, and their points and wallet credit live in the Velarya app.

Can one Velarya program cover several Acuity calendars?

Yes. Each Acuity calendar, whether it stands for a provider or a location, maps to the right place in Velarya, and a client keeps one points balance.
