Memberships
Velarya memberships are recurring plans, billed monthly, quarterly or yearly to the member's card, with credits, included treatments, member pricing and a member earning rate. These guides cover building a plan, selling it and managing members.
How memberships work
Velarya memberships bill a patient's card each billing period for wallet credit, treatment vouchers and member pricing, and retry a failed renewal twice.
Create a membership plan
Velarya membership plans bundle wallet credit, treatment vouchers and member pricing. Build one in Organization settings > Memberships in about 15 minutes.
Sell a membership to a patient
In Velarya, staff assign a membership plan from a patient's profile and send a payment link. The membership starts once the patient pays by card.
Change a membership price
Velarya asks how a higher membership price reaches current members: at their next renewal, after 1 to 60 months at their current price, or never.
Change or cancel a membership
Velarya shows the prorated charge before a membership upgrade. Change, cancel or restore a patient's plan on their Club Membership card in 5 minutes.
Let members choose their included treatments
Velarya choice vouchers let each member pick their included treatments in your app every cycle, before a deadline you set in Organization settings.
