Velarya takes card payments into your practice's own payment account, from deposits and full payments when patients book online to card and card reader payments at checkout, and records cash and other payments beside them. How payments work in Velarya
Velarya takes card payments into your practice's own payment account, which pays out to your bank. Patients pay online, by payment link or at your desk.
Connect your payment account
An Admin connects your Velarya practice to its own payment account in Organization settings > Payments, then verifies the business and bank on Stripe.
Take payment at checkout
Velarya's checkout panel takes a visit's payment by card on file, card, card reader, cash or other, splits it across methods and emails the receipt.
Refund a payment
In Velarya, an Admin or Location Manager refunds a paid sale in full, in part or line by line from Transactions, and the patient gets a refund notice.
