Velarya gives every patient a wallet for credit and a place for vouchers: free services from a birthday gift, a sign-up bonus or a membership. These guides cover how both work and how staff apply them at checkout.
How vouchers work
A Velarya voucher is one free treatment on a patient's account, from a membership, birthday, referral or sign-up, applied at checkout before any code.
Adjust a patient's points or wallet credit
Velarya lets your team add or remove a patient's points or wallet credit. Select Adjust next to Rewards or Wallet on their profile in about 2 minutes.
Redeem a voucher at checkout
Velarya shows each patient's free-service vouchers at front desk checkout. Apply one to make the treatment free and take the rest by wallet credit or card.
