Loyalty balances and redemptions posted as journal entries by subsidiary

Available on request. Our team builds the NetSuite connection for your practice after a scoping call. For multi-location groups and dental or dermatology organizations that run finance in NetSuite. Once built, Velarya posts points and wallet credit activity as journal entries against the subsidiaries, locations and accounts your finance team maps, so the program's balance reconciles in the ledger you already close. Entries carry totals, never patient names.

  • Points and wallet credit activity posted as NetSuite journal entries
  • Mapped to your subsidiaries, locations and accounts
  • Posted daily or at each period close, as your finance team prefers
  • Each entry references the Velarya period it covers
  • Totals only: no patient names, visits or treatments

How it works

Available on request. Book a call, we scope it against NetSuite's published API, build and test it with your team, and it goes live in your account.

  1. Your NetSuite administrator creates an integration record and a dedicated role for Velarya.

  2. Your finance team maps each Velarya location to a NetSuite subsidiary and location, and points and credit to accounts.

  3. At the end of each period, Velarya totals the points and credit issued and redeemed at each location.

  4. Velarya creates the journal entries in NetSuite through its REST web services.

Each connection is scoped on a call and quoted separately, and the timeline is agreed on that call.

Questions

About the NetSuite connection

Does Velarya integrate with NetSuite?

Available on request: our team builds the connection for your practice after a scoping call, using NetSuite's published API. Once it is live, loyalty activity posts to NetSuite as journal entries for each subsidiary and location.

Who sets up the NetSuite side?

Your NetSuite administrator. NetSuite's own setup steps are to enable authorization for applications, create a role for the connection, assign it to a user and create an integration record, and we walk through them together on the call.

How are entries split across a group with several entities?

Each Velarya location maps to a NetSuite subsidiary and location, so points and credit post where the revenue belongs and consolidate with the rest of the group's books.

Is patient data sent to NetSuite?

No patient data is sent. Entries hold totals per location and period, with no names, member IDs or treatments, which keeps the ledger clear of anything that identifies a patient.

How often do entries post?

On the schedule your finance team sets on the scoping call, daily or at each period close, so the entries line up with how you already close the books.

Support

Our team builds and supports this connection.

Patient data

Entries carry totals per location and period, with no patient names, member IDs, visits or treatments, so nothing that identifies a patient reaches NetSuite. If your group wants member-level detail in NetSuite, we confirm Oracle NetSuite's terms for patient data on the scoping call first.

Velarya signs a Business Associate Agreement with your practice because the program holds patient data. How we protect it.
