The Iconic 10 is our before and after. We build your app and load your business into it at no cost, and what happens next becomes the story we show the next med spa. The full price is one honest review on G2 or Capterra, and one recorded story about what changed. Sixty seconds, no longer. Both once you are live, never before.
We would rather spend our marketing budget on ten real med spas than on ads. That is the whole catch.
How does it work?
1. Apply. A 30-minute call. We make sure the fit is real before either side signs anything.
2. Kickoff. You sign the Iconic 10 agreement and send us your brand assets. That is your whole homework. The rest is ours.
3. The build. We set everything up and walk your team through it. You are live within 30 days of kickoff, and kickoff just means your client list and brand assets are in hand.
4. Your app lands. Your own app goes live once Apple approves your developer account, usually four to eight weeks later. Your clients never wait, because the Velarya app works for them from day one.
Your EMR and booking system stay exactly where they are. Velarya adds the app layer on top.
Who are the ten?
A real med spa, open and seeing clients, in the US. An owner who shows up for two calls, the fit call and kickoff. And someone willing to tell the story once they are live: one review, one 60-second video. That is the whole list. Spots go in order, and when the wall is full, it is full.
What free covers
Free covers the software: the Signature plan, your app, every location, for your first 12 months. Two costs belong to other companies, so we say them plainly. Apple charges $99 a year for the developer account your app is published under, and that account is yours to keep. Card processing runs at the standard Stripe rate when you charge clients, the same as on any platform. That is the entire cost picture.
The agreement cuts both ways. Your copy locks your price at $0 for 12 months. Our copy holds your review and your 60-second story. Both in writing.

What is the Iconic 10?

Why is it free?
Ten true stories beat any ad we could buy. The Iconic 10 clinics become the proof we show every med spa after them, so we put the marketing budget into their businesses instead of into ads. That is why the ten get the software and the work at no cost for a full year.
Can my med spa really have its own app in the App Store?
Yes. Your app is published under your own Apple developer account with Velarya as the publishing agent, so the listing, the name, and the icon are yours. It is not a shared marketplace app with your logo inside someone else's product.
How long until we are live?
You are live on Velarya within 30 days of kickoff, and kickoff means your client list and brand assets are in hand. Your own app follows once Apple approves your developer account, usually four to eight weeks. Your clients use the Velarya app from day one, so nobody waits on Apple.
What happens to my current booking system?
Nothing. It stays, and so does your EMR. Velarya is the app layer your clients see: memberships, rewards, your shop, and push notifications under your brand. Your team keeps booking and charting exactly where they do today, and we load the app from a simple client list export.
Does Velarya work with my EMR?
Yes. Velarya is built to run alongside the EMR and booking system you already use. Your team keeps charting and booking where they do today, and the app layer handles what those systems were never built for: memberships, rewards, win-backs, and your own app in the App Store. Nothing gets ripped out.
Is Velarya HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. Client data is encrypted in transit and at rest, every record that touches health information is audit-logged, and the platform runs on AWS under a signed Business Associate Agreement. Payments run through Stripe under PCI compliance.
What exactly do you ask in return?
Two things, both after you are live. One honest review on G2 or Capterra, and one recorded story about what changed at your spa, 60 seconds or less. There are no other asks, no commissions, and no fine print beyond what is on this page.
What does the Iconic 10 agreement say?
It protects both sides. Your side locks the Signature plan at $0 for 12 months, for every location. Our side records the review and testimonial commitment and the kickoff terms. You keep a signed copy.
What if I open more locations later?
They are covered. Iconic 10 pricing is $0 across your business for the same 12 months, including locations you open after joining. Growing is the best version of the story you agreed to tell.
What happens when the ten spots are filled?
The program closes and the counter on this page stays as the roster. Clinics that come after the ten pay the published price. If the wall is full when you read this, book a call anyway and we will show you the same platform at regular pricing.
